The racial demographics of Southmont are 98.28% White, 0.22% African American, 0.04% Native American, 0.44% Asian, 0.13% from other races, and 0.88% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 0.49% of the population. Southmont has approximately 950 households.
